Our Daily Routine
7:30-8:30am
Breakfast time
8:00-9:30am
Free Play-While other children are finishing up breakfast, we have some morning free play time.
9:30-10:00am
Get Ready-This is a time to regroup together and clean up morning free play toys and "Get Ready" for craft time.
10:00-10:30am
Morning Activity-A different craft project each day helps your little one to "Imagine, learn, and grow". The activities we do help with fine motor skills and dexterity. We are all about encouraging free, playful, and imaginative creativity.
10:30-10:45am
AM Snack time
10:45-11:15am
Story book time! This is a great time to not only teach literacy but also to explore a whole other world of books, characters, themes, and tales!
11:15am-12:15pm
Outdoor Play! This is the time to get fresh air, vitamin D, and get their energy out! We play tag, ball, hide 'n' seek, catch, bubbles, slide, you name it!
12:15-12:45pm
Lunch Time
12:45-2:45pm
Rest Time-This is a combination of rest, and quiet time for various ages. For the littlest ones, we encourage rest time, while older children are able to quietly read, listen to music, or quietly do homework. This is also a great time for me to assist older children in any help they may need with homework.
2:45-3:15pm
Quiet Time-This is a time where children are waking from naps where others can work on quiet activities; such as puzzles, pre-writing, sensory play, homework, and other motor skill activities.
3:15-3:30pm
PM Snack Time
3:30-6:00pm
Free Play-During this free play time. We are often doing various activities. I could be helping children who have come home from school now with their homework, we could be reading, playing games, watching educational programming, listening to music, cleaning up, pretend play, or we could even end up back outside.
